The clinician behind
the practice.

Caitlin Stamatis, PhD — clinical psychologist and health-tech advisor

I'm Caitlin Stamatis — a clinical psychologist, digital health researcher, and health tech consultant based in Jersey City, NJ.

I've spent the last decade working at the intersection of clinical psychology and technology — leading research at Google, building digital therapeutics programs at Akili Interactive, shaping global medical strategy at Otsuka, and heading up research at Slingshot AI. Before all of that, I trained at Weill Cornell Medicine and Northwestern's Feinberg School of Medicine, where I focused on digital phenotyping of depression and anxiety.

I started this practice because I kept seeing the same gap: companies building health products without enough clinical depth, and clinicians who didn't have the language to talk to product teams. I sit in that gap. I speak both languages.

On the therapy side, I work with individuals navigating the particular kind of stress that comes with high-stakes, high-performance environments — tech, medicine, academia, startups. People who are good at what they do and still feel like something's off.
